RALPH LAUREN

Editorial Craft, Experiential Innovation & Brand Vision

Over multiple years, I worked in-house across Ralph Lauren’s portfolio of brands, contributing to editorial storytelling, experiential retail concepts, and future-facing brand extensions. Rather than a single campaign or moment, this work reflects sustained creative integration within a global luxury system - supporting how the brand is seen, experienced, and imagined across time.

Each project below represents a distinct lens: craft at scale, experience as commerce, and vision as growth - all rooted in the brand’s heritage and designed for modern relevance.

PROJECT I: RL Magazine

Editorial at Scale — Crafting a Visual Language for a Global Icon | Post-Production & Brand Storytelling

Thesis: When editorial becomes infrastructure, consistency becomes the story.

Ralph Lauren’s Magalogue (RL Mag) operates at the intersection of editorial and brand - a platform where lifestyle, culture, and seasonal narrative converge across print and digital environments.

Over a two-year period, I led large-scale post-production and image refinement in-house, working across multiple Ralph Lauren brands and creative teams. The role required unifying imagery from diverse shoots into a cohesive visual language  balancing color, tone, texture, and finish to ensure continuity across editorial features, campaigns, e-commerce, and retail applications.

Beyond its editorial context, this imagery became foundational to the brand’s broader creative ecosystem. The work reflects an ability to operate at scale within established luxury systems, delivering clarity, efficiency, and long-term visual integrity without compromising the timeless nature of the brand.

PROJECT II: Beyond the Glass

Reimagining Holiday Retail as Experience — Experiential UX, Digital Commerce & Brand Interaction

Thesis: When space is limited, experience becomes the gateway.

Conceived and designed from the ground up, this project responds to a familiar holiday reality in New York City: flagship window displays draw massive tourist attention, yet long lines often prevent visitors from entering the store. The result is spectacle without conversion - admiration without access.

Beyond the Glass transforms the holiday window into an interactive, shoppable experience. By integrating mobile UX, live window displays, and digital interaction, passersby are invited to engage with the brand in real time - exploring looks, placing themselves within the brand identity, and shopping directly from outside the store.

Designed for high-traffic, time-sensitive environments, the concept bridges physical retail, tourism behavior, and digital commerce. It extends the brand experience beyond architectural boundaries, converting attention into participation while preserving the magic, elegance, and exclusivity of the window itself.

PROJECT III: Redefining American Beauty

A Brand DNA Expansion — Conceptualization, Creative Direction & Visual Identity

Thesis: When a lifestyle becomes ritual, a new category emerges.

This project explores the creation of a Ralph Lauren beauty line - a category the brand had not yet entered - conceived as a natural extension of its lifestyle-driven identity. At the time, luxury beauty was rapidly expanding as a cultural and commercial space, offering heritage brands a new way to express identity beyond fashion.

Built entirely from the ground up, the concept translates Ralph Lauren’s heritage, tone, and visual language into a contemporary beauty proposition. The work includes brand positioning, visual identity direction, packaging concepts, and art direction, designed to resonate with both existing audiences and a new generation.

Though the expansion was not pursued at the time, the project anticipated a market shift later realized by peer luxury brands. The concept demonstrates an ability to imagine credible brand growth, align intuition with strategy, and build fully realized visions that extend legacy without diluting it.
